Jeez, does anything REALLY work for it? I have a super dry forehead, but my nose/mouth area breaks out still (and I'm in my 30s!)

I'm beginning to think I have to use a light cream on my oily areas and something thicker on my forehead, b/c my "combination skin" moisturizer just is NOT cutting it. I'm at work, my forehead is peeling, and I feel like a freak.
