Crash course in home ownership!

Monday night at 10:30pm DH went into the basement to put clothes in the dryer and noticed there was 2" of water flowing out of the bathroom toilet I'm 7 months pregnant and spent 3 hours on my hands and knees wet vaccing while he moved all our stuff into other rooms.

Then we spent the entire day without toilets while we waited for a cesspool company to come....they finally showed up 4 hours late, roto rooted the line but think we have a compromised pipe. Thankfully DH is a plumber and can replace it.

And we noticed a termite on our porch so we had Orkin come but luckily there is no active termite damage and were in the clear on that one for awhile.
