My old clinic is SO frustrating!
We need to transport my DH's sperm from their facility to our new clinic. I called them last week, but never got a hold of anyone - they close at 4, but no one picked up the phone at 3:30... Today I called and left a message at 9:30 am with the front desk. I called back up at 3:00 pm and left an additional message - this time stating that is a VERY time sensitive issue and to call me back ASAP. SO frustrating!!!!!

Maybe you have to show up in person? I had a crap ton of problems getting my records from my old doctor :(
Because it's time sensitive, I'd call three times a day - (maybe it sounds crazy but I felt like the only time I got things done at my old office is when I acted like a ****** or crazy LOL)

They actually called me promptly at 9am - right when I was about to call. The lab tech gave me her direct line for all future interactions.
