Ugh, ate undercooked chicken last night
I was out at a big dinner with friends and halfway through my chicken I noticed the texture changed, so I finally looked at it. It was totally raw in the middle!
I'm hoping it was just that one bite that was undercooked and the other half I ate was ok, but I'm so panicked that I'm going to get sick.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Did you get sick from it? How long after eating it did you get sick?
It doesn't help that I have major anxiety about food poisoning after getting sick at a Burger King a few years ago

If you haven't gotten sick from it yet, you probably are in the clear. Call the doc for peace of mind, but I'm sure you're good, it would take a lot more than 1 bite to do harm.

Re: Ugh, ate undercooked chicken last night
My husbands a chef and I have a weird severe fear of eating certain meats out especially chicken. If I am out with hubby I have to cut it open for him to check first. If you aren't sick by now then you should be fine! Hopefully you caught it!!
