Belly Button Falling Off
My ds belly button fell off. I noticed when I was changing him. The actual belly button doesnt look totally healed. It kinda looks a little raw in the inside. Is this normal? I am going to call the dr just waiting for her to open.

Yes normal.
Just be careful with it for a few days- keep it dry, etc.
It will heal quickly.
