Ocean City MD people - Assetegue Island
We are going to OC this week and it will be our 2nd time. We didn't go to the island where you can see the wild horses but it is a must for me this time.
Can we just drive there? Is it better to go on the boat tour?
Any info will be much appreciated!

Ocean City MD people - Assetegue Island
I used to live in MD and when we would go we would just drive. Depending on where you are staying in OC, it can be a bit of a drive. It is very pretty to see them, as soon as you come over the bridge, they're there.

We are staying at the Francis Scott Key resort and when I was trying to figure this all out on their website, it said the park was about 20 minutes from OC.
I am assuming there is a fee of some sort. Again, the site was confusing... one page said $3 and another said $10 for a vehicle for 7 days.

We camped at assateague and drove to ocean city and it was roughly 15 minutes. not even.
