Fat Thighs
Soo, I guess I have fat thighs. Well thighs that rub together. Now I am going to get personal, does anyone have this and get little pimples from the heat?
If so, do you have any recommendations to get rid of it or help it? It hurts like heck!!!! I have tried powder with corn starch, AD ointment, butt paste, even a prescription from the doctor and nothing helps. I can’t be the only one who has this issue. Next I am going to invent a panty air conditioner.

Re: Fat Thighs
Yes, growing up at camp we called this RTR (rubbing thigh rash). I had JUST gotten rid of my RTR problems in the few months before getting pregnant and now it's back. Nothing was working so I went and bought pregnancy spanx (shorts) for under skirts and dresses. You would think they would be uncomfy but they are NOT. They are amazing and I can't wear skirts or dresses without them now.

DEODORANT!! Sounds crazy but put some between your thighs and no bumps!

Re: Fat Thighs
I think it's monistat that makes this anti chaffing rub- works great! I use it in the summer when I'm wearing a dress.

I second the deodorant... and if you don't want to wear spanx, you can find pettipants - they are basically panties with a little bit of a leg to them that help prevent the "RTR" problems.

Re: Fat Thighs
No suggestions for the red dots except maybe cortisone cream but I can definitely understand the rubbing thighs. This had never happened to me before and now it's just such a weird/uncomfortable sensation. I hate the thigh rubbing.

I know butt paste helps with the after effects of chaffing.

Re: Fat Thighs
use this! i had fat thighs before pregnancy and definitely still have them now and this stuff is a lifesaver. i usually find it at CVS or target. it's with the monistat products but obviously is for the legs and not the vajayjay

Re: Fat Thighs
Use Bodyglide Anti Chafe Balm. Runners use it for long runs, but it works for your thighs much better than deodorant. It'll last all day.
