my future son in law has a name!
The Royal baby is named George Alexander Louis.
A little strange that they choose George as the first name... I just feel like George sounds like an old-man name... no offense to anyone who likes that name, its just not really common to hear that when referring to a baby. But I know they needed to pick something traditional.

I agree- its a lot of name for a little baby and there aren't really any good nicknames for George

I believe he was named after a great-grandfather.
ETA: "He is named for his great great grandfather George VI, father of Queen Elizabeth II."

 I Love the name George...I wanted to name DD that if she was a boy, but DH wasn't on board. I doubt he would go for it this time around too.

I agree, love it! (this is of course coming from a Helen I had an "old lady name" in the 80's when it wasn't hipster cool to use old fashioned names like it is now
