Going back to work tomorrow
Can't stop crying. I'm not ready to leave my 12w old for 12hrs a day.

It gets better!!! I cried for two weeks leading up until the day I went back. I didn't feel better until I sat back down at my desk and remembered why I decided to go back. I still miss him more than anything but I love my job and I'm able to do so much more for him because of it.

First day is very hard, with time it does become second nature. I was thankful for all the time I got to spend with DD
