do the e-tickets get issued as the date gets closer?

The only email I got about it said that there is a delivery delay and to check event page to find out when delay will be lifted, but I don't see anything about it on the page.

ETA: Never mind. I called ticketmaster. They had no idea why I got the delay email but were able to email me the tickets so I finally have them in hand.
