Re: Sleeping on your belly
I slept on it until it was no longer comfortable to do so. My dr never had an issue with it. I'm 19 weeks now with DC2 and still sleep on my stomach every single night.

Re: Sleeping on your belly
It's so hard!! Many mornings I woke up on my belly and I will be 30 weeks Monday. It's comfortable though...weird I know.

Re: Sleeping on your belly
Until rolling over onto my belly woke me up. Probably around 32 weeks.
I'm almost 39 weeks now and honestly... sometimes I still can use a squishy pillow to prop myself up so i'm like 1/3 the way on my belly... it helps me sleep so much.

Re: Sleeping on your belly
SO happy this question was asked. I am 23 weeks and the only way I can sleep is on my stomach. I feel so bad for the baby but I also love my beauty rest...while it lasts.

Re: Sleeping on your belly
Im 17 weeks with #2 and still sleeping on my belly most nights. I don't remember when I stopped with DD#1 but I do remember it took many many months to "retrain" myself to sleep on my stomach again.

Re: Sleeping on your belly
I've been sleeping in my stomach this whole pregnancy (I'm almost 32 weeks) and I slept on my stomach last pregnancy till about 36 weeks and then it became too uncomfortable.

I slept on my back most of my last pregnancy and had no problems. My dr. said if sleeping on your back was effecting you or the baby it would be something that would wake you and therefore you would likely move positions, if that makes sense.
