How to report malpractice
Can anyone give me some insight on how to report malpractice? I had a horrible experience this year and would like to make sure it's on record somewhere. TIA

Are you going to sue? Then you should talk to a lawyer.
Otherwise, report it to the NYS Office of Professional Medical Conduct.

Thanks for the reply! I consulted with a lawyer and they said the case wasn't likely of a good outcome however I still want to report these people. Thanks for the info!!!
