This is my second pregnancy with this practice and I have noticed such a change in the staff these days.

Some of the new girls are not so nice. A lot of mistakes...Rude on the phone. I called for test results 6 times and then I got nasty!

The doctors don't seem to be doing the same things the first time around.

I find the doctors have been rushing and skipping steps.

Maybe it's just me, but anyone else feel this way?

The girls at the front desk that were there when I had Hailey are very nice. Especially the woman with glasses and two other techs, but the rest.... I don't know what happened. So disappointed. Chat Icon
