Remind me...
2nd time around here and it's been a while! I didn't expect it to happen as quickly as I did, so I was a little taken aback by my positive test.
I have cut out caffeine and alcohol (obvioulsy), what else do I need to stay away from? I meet with my doc next week for the complete talk, but just wanted a refresher.

Remind me...
Every single doc is different. Mine is more of an "in moderation" kind of practice so that's what I do. I have colored my hair, and eaten pretty much everything in moderation. I don't drink caffeine so that was a non-issue. I would do what you're comfortable with
