The Steakhouse at Camelot (in Excalibur)
I Love Burgers (in the Palazzo)
Buca di Beppo (in Excalibur) - they had an inexpensive bar menu, if you sit at the bar, all day for drinking. We just ordered an appetizer but the food looked decent.
The Rio has a great seafood buffet and a good regular buffet.
Delmonico Steakhouse (in the Venetian) - good but expensive

CUT - wolfgang puck's restaurant in the palazzo
Del Toro in the venetian is good for a casual lunch on the strip
the restaurant at paris is OK for a quick bite too
best/cheapest beer - Ellis Island. its a dive place behind bally's. microbrewery.

I really like the breakfast buffet at the Paris hotel and D.O.C.G for dinner at the Cosmopolitan!

DH and I were just in Vegas and the Charlie Palmer Steakhouse has an awesome deal called the cut of the week http://www.charliepalmer.com/charlie-palmer-steak-las-vegas/menus/cut-of-the-week. It was delicious, they also have a similar deal called the Michael Jackson special or something to the effect to celebrate the opening of the new Cir de soliel show at the Mandalay Bay.

Joe's steak house in caesars. its so delish and there are only restaurants in vegas, chicago and miami so its worth going to. if you like king crab legs you have to go
