Louis Vuitton~charging to fix broken strap?
Granted I've had my Neverfull for about 5 years now and I use it as my everyday bag to work, but I was taken aback when I brought it to the store and they wanted to charge me for getting it fixed. Is that normal? I mean I guess eventually I will have to get both straps and the stitching around the bag replaced bc I love the bag so much.
