Spanx?
Can anyone recommend something along the lines of Spanx, but cheaper? I need something to wear under maxi dresses and I don't want to spend that much. Plus I heard they are over priced. TIA!

Ya know, I've tried some other spanx like stuff and for the style I like, there's nothing that comes close.
Some of the good names of lingerie have come up with some good competition, like Bali and Wacoal but then you are still spending the money.
Some folks like the cheaper version of Spanx owned by the same company called Assets, but I've tried many styles and have returned them all.
For my money and time, it's Spanx.

I've tried other shapers, and I'll only use Spanx now. The lower priced line, Assets, is ok, but for me at least, nothing works as well as Spanx.

Spanx?
I prefer the Body Wrap brand. Much more comfortable than Spanx and they don't roll down at all. I wore them under my wedding dress.

I like the Body wrap brand also. Spanx never really fit me well.

I just ordered some Spanx! I hope they work. I saw the Body Wrap brand on Zulily, but their shipping take forever and a day. Fingers crossed! Thanks ladies,
