shirt stickers

how do they work? I saw this and thought it's adorable, but maybe I might as well just try to find a shirt rather than a sticker. Thought maybe someone over here might be familiar with these. How long does it last? I'm guessing only that day and then you take it off when you put it in the wash? Or is it more permanent than that?

Here's the link on Amazon if you're not sure what I'm talking about. lol.

I wouldnt buy shirts because they may not fit them if they are big for their age or small for their age.... we went with the stickers and its a lot cheaper than buying a onesie/shirt... I only leave it on for the picture

Re: shirt stickers

Very true. I wanted DD to wear something like this as an announcement when we see my family (and then again when we see DH's). I could always just buy 2 of them. Unless they don't stick well, then I'd be better off buying a shirt cause it would have to last an entire day of traveling in car & plane.

if you are talking about getting ashirt for your current DD to wear i did that. I bought it off of i think zoeys closet or somethign like that it cost me less than $20 and DD has worn it several times.

I bought a shirt for DS#1 off etsy - The Pecking Order <?> I think. DS wore it on Mother's Day to "tell" my parents and inlaws.

Definitely the shirt - DD wore it a bunch of times to tell different people. And now it is a keepsake. Our shirt said "Only Child Expiring May 2013" - they have all different ones on Etsy.

Re: shirt stickers

Ok, thanks. I wasn't sure how 'permanent' they were, but if that's the case then a shirt seems way better. We want to share the news that way in separate occasions - plus I like that idea of saving it for a keepsake Chat Icon Thanks.

Oh, and yes, I definitely saw some cute ones on Etsy but I'm a little nervous to order from there because in my experience they can take FOREVER to get it sent and I'll need it in less than a month. Actually I've had bad experiences with Amazon too. I might have to go with Ebay. I'm gonna order something this weekend.

Message the vendor before you buy and inquire about timing - I got my shirt in a few days.
