Has anyone gotten stuck in the rain in Orlando/Disney?

We just booked flights for a long weekend in September to Orlando. I am crossing my fingers that we will get lucky and not get much rain.

Can you recommend some indoor attractions?

We plan to go to LEGOLAND one of the days so we can be wet and hang out in the water park. SeaWorld and Magic Kingdom are also on our agenda.

It usually doesn't rain all day there. I would just bring some ponchos and walk quickly from attraction to attraction.

I was there a few years ago in Jan when it was bitter bitter cold and we didn't have enough warm clothing. We still had a blast. Enough of the attractions provide some shelter so that bad weather won't ruin your trip.

Plan on getting stuck in the rain for a bit. Bring ponchos it's part of the Disney experience.

Epcot is great for rainy days at Disney. DH and I went one year in August and they had the tail end of a hurricane, so it downpoured for two days. We were still able to walk around and do/see lots of stuff. I do recommend a good poncho and waterproof shoes like Crocs though!

Hoping we can ride the toy story ride over and over again with no wait since there is a pretty big inside line area.

We went in April and it rained an entire day. Didn't stop at all. We were at Epcot, and it blew. We were drenched, had to go buy new shoes, since they never did dry out. It was so crowded in every building because no one wanted to be in the rain. I remember not being able to move in the lobby area of the Mexico building.

Really hoping none of our days has heavy rain all day. If it does rain all day, we will probably do Disney quest and/or the cirque du soleil show.

Plan to hit the parks. Most rides have covered queues. We just put the rain cover on the stroller, put ponchos on and go. It only rained about 1.5 hours on our last trip and for a couple of trips in the past but it didn't effect us at all. Lines get shorter in the rain.
