Defective Ottoman?
It took my SO about 2 hours to put our glider and ottoman together that we received as a gift from babies r us. He takes it to the babies room and realizes there's a defect in the ottoman that makes it uneven and it makes a clanking noise everytime it moves bc it's not level... I don't know what to do. Since this came as a combo glider and ottoman... How am I going to be able to get a replacement ottoman from babies r us? Do I take it down there tomorrow? My SO doesnt think there's anything we can do and will just end up with a wobbly ottoman

Defective Ottoman?
I would call the store directly and explain; they may be able to re Order a new one. The only reason why I say this is... We had our crib purchased from our registry and tried to put it together last night and the left corner is messed up ( looks like Someone dropped it in the box) anyways, spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service the 1-800 babies r us number and they were not helpful! My husband called the store directly explained and they are ordering a new one we just have to bring the piece back that is messed up! Try it, can't hurt! Plus you don't want to have a defective ottoman with a new born. Good luck! :)

Defective Ottoman?
I had an issue with the glider I got from BRU, too. My husband spent an hour putting it together and when he was about to put the last arm on he realized it was gouged and scratched. He called the store directly too and spoke to a manager who just took another arm from another glider that was in stock ( from the box)so he didn't even need to take it apart. Shockingly BRU was extremely helpful in this case. Definitely try calling the store directly.

Re: Defective Ottoman?
I had a defective ottoman too when I purchased mine a few years ago. I called the store and they immediately ordered me a new one. I kept the broken one till the new one came in and then did an exchange.
