She said it...
Alex has been babbling a storm for months, her favorite words being Dada, Dad and Doggy (though she thinks every male is "dad" - as I was walking to her class, we walked by an old man and she pointed at him, and yelled "dad!"  ), but she has never said Mama.
Well, yesterday, she did it... she looked up at me with her big blue eyes and said MAMA as she reached her arms up towards me... and that's it. My heart melted and I'm forever wrapped around her little finger

Awww! It is such a great feeling. This weekend DD just started calling me mommy instead of mama and my heart melted all over again!
