Montauk
Hey - which is the best beach to take your kids to on Montauk? And what about car permits? Or do you park your car in town and walk?

We like Umbrella Beach, behind the IGA. We park in the lot for $10 I think and it's all day parking. Most of the free/street parking is only for a few hours so you'd have to move the car.

This is a nice beach.
Also, Napeague Harbor is nice because the waves aren't there.
