coxsackie - how long does it last

My dd has it too. She had 2 days of very high fever and as soon as the fever broke the sores in her mouth showed up. Today is day 3 of the spres and although she is acting fine every once in a while she cries her mouth hurts. Looks like its almost gone. Hopefully. Hope your dd feels better soon

DD just had it. Fever for about 2 days and she only had one sore- in her throat- nothing on hands or feet.
The throat sore lasted about 4 days- she complained about her mouth a lot the first few days, by day 3 not so much.
I looked in her mouth on day 4-5 and it was gone.

Both of very high fever for 2 days, sores lasted about 5 days (the fifth day wasn't as bad but they were still there and hurt). One of my sons gets it in the very back of his throat so he can't eat at all. My other son got it randomly in his throat so it wasn't as bad. It's SUCKS!
