prenatal yoga

Does anyone know of any places in Suffolk that offers prenatal yoga classes? I have been looking around at studios but most don't seem to offer classes just for preggo's. Thanks!

Yes I have been researching like crazy and trying to find someone to go with me!

Satya Yoga and Pilates in Mount Sinai... this one is right near my house but it's expensive (25 a class/ 20 if you purchase more than one class) And they offer a prenatal class Wed mornings I think. They said they would add a Wed night class if I could get enough people to go.

Bearfoot yoga and wellness in Bayshore has a class at 10:30 am on Sundays. Their classes are 20 a class or 90 for 5 classes.

Satya Yoga Shala in Farmingdale has a class at 9am on Saturdays and I think it's 15 a class or $65 for 5 classes/ 120 for 10 classes.

Embrace Yoga in East Islip offers a 6pm class on Tues. They are 18 a class or 135 a month or 150 for 10 classes.

PS Where in suffolk are you? I will totally go to a class with you! I work in Hauppauge and live in Miller Place but I don't mind driving a little either. (That farmingdale class is supposed to be amazing and the best price)

I live in Holtsville so most of those places are a little too far. I saw a studio in Sayville (Om Shanti Om Yoga Center) that offers a prenatal class on Sunday's from 8-9 am. That might be my best option but I wanted to see if there was anything closer. I can't believe the cost per class for some of these places!

Oh I didn't know about that one! Sayville isn't that far for me! 15 per class isn't too bad either.
