Re: European Wax Center ?

I just went to them a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. I got an appointment fairly quickly.

They do try to sell you on a package deal but its not required.

European Wax Center ?

I just went to EWC on Friday for the first time.

They do have packages, but luckily when I went they did not force them upon you. They will save you money in the long run if you are planning on being a regular customer.

I was able to get an appointment for 2 days later.

LOVE EWC- have been very happy with the Plainview location.

They also try to push products on you. I was waiting when they were training a new employee and were teaching her to literally put the product in the customers hand because they will be more likely to purchase it that way.

That aside, it's a clean salon and they do great work.

My first appt was this past Friday and I also had a great experience. I got a same day appt, a couple of hours after I called. They do try and push the membership on you, which was a bit annoying but I declined and that was that. No pushing of products but I did end up buying the serum because I have very sensitive skin and I was the one that asked about it.

I went to the Stony Brook location today & was so happy with them! I called this morning to make an appt & they were able to get me in this afternoon. It was the most pain free brazilian wax I have ever had!

They didn't push a package or product. They just explained everything to me. I did buy the serum because the wax was half off being it was my 1st time there.

I would highly recommend trying them!

I go to the one in greenvale- Christine is excellent! And I highly recommend the serum they push. It is a miracle for those who get ingrown hairs. And it's only $25 and lasts at least 3 months.

This is all true for me too.

I dread going to get a Brazilian and this was the most painless wax i've ever had. I got mine done almost a month ago and have another booked for next wednesday. But to be honest, not a lot has grown back (is that TMI?)

I also bought the ingrown hair serum since my wax was half off.

For the wax(Brazilian and eyebrows), serum and tip...total was $65!

Re: European Wax Center ?

Glad to hear such good things. I've been wanting to check them out for a while but there aren't any close by where I live (although there is one opening soon according to their website!!). I used to go the Bliss all the time but it's expensive so I've been looking for something more reasonably priced!
