It is actually an oven outside!
And since we are all also ovens, baking our little ones inside us, please be careful out there. Drink lots, stay out of the sun if possible and take breaks if you are on the go. I walked to and from lunch (about 12 minutes each way) and actually feel sick.

I LOVE the summer, and actually am not one of those 'hot' pregnant people. But today I walked from my car to Waldbaums and seriously almost passed out. Be careful!!!

I have no concept of the heat outside because I've stayed in... inside my icebox.
Back to work tomorrow - is it supposed to be really hot again?

I've heard that it's extremely hot and humid out there! I'm stuck in the house on bed rest - you ladies stay cool! And hydrated!!

The only way I've been able to get out and enjoy the sunshine is by making sure I'm half submerged in the pool! Lol

Went to the beach this morning and lasted about an hour! The water felt nice but the AC feels nice too!!

I think I've had more water in the 3 days I've known I've been pregnant than I've had to drink in the past month. I've had like 2/3 of a case of water! Chug, chug, chug! I found that my new water bottle helps with drinking a lot. It keeps water cold for hours, even in this heat.
