Thermometer to take BBT
This might be a dumb question but where do you get a thermometer to take your basal body temp? Is it a regular thermometer? My acupuncturist wants me to start taking my temp. I went to CVS but only saw regular thermometers. Thought there might be a special one I am supposed to use?

crashing... they have them at cvs in the section by the pregnancy/ovulation tests and all that stuff. I got one there today.

Basal thermometers are always by the pregnancy tests/opk tests. You can also just order online.

I got mine at Target and did't like it because the window that displays the temp did not light up. If this is something that matters to you, might want to look somewhere else. It worked fine otherwise. Good luck!
