sacroiliac joint pain
for the past 3 days I have had excrutiating lower back pain on the left side. I went to my OB today and she said that its sacroiliac joint pain. pain so bad whn i get out of bed walk or clim.stairs tht i cry out ...worse in morning. im so scared this will cont thru pregnancy. she said phys therapy can help.

Yeah def did was going once a week and needed it. Pain would be back within the week

I see my chiro every week & it has been a tremendous help for my low back and hip pain. Maks sure you see a chiro that specializes in seeing pregnant women. My dr has a special table where the part under the belly drops down- its so comfy.

Crashing to say I had that and went to pt almost my entire pregnancy. It was annoying but it was the only way to control the pain

same! chiro seemed helpful, but not in the long run. at least for my si joint pain.
pt was my lifesaver.

I wnt to chiro once he made it feel worse but then few hrs later it was better now Im good! he did say it shld get better with pregnancy and not worse thank gd!
