Refresh my memory...
Just got my BFP yesterday along with a killer migraine last night...I remembered Advil was a no-no, so I took Tylenol...but now I'm worried I got it backwards...is Tylenol ok?

Congrats!!!! yes tylenol is fine like others said. I had really terrible migraines too esp in beginning.
