My recipe for conquering dehydration

33oz of Smart water (it has electrolytes) + 33oz of filtered spring/tap water per day = hydration!!!

I have been drinking this for a month and my keytones have been in range since.

Before that, I was drinking between 64-80oz of Poland Spring water a day and was told on three different occasions my keytones were high.

Just a little tip for those who may be struggling to stay hydrated especially in the summer months. Chat Icon
