Heartburn and acid reflux has been a PITA the past few days. So I had pasta w/olive oil, s/p and cheese. (Then I proceeded to drop half of it on me lol).

I had a salad for lunch, but I had a bagel for breakfast and having pizza for dinner so I needed to have SOMETHING healthy today
