Sciatica and Swollen Feet
I am so uncomfortable! My feet looks like huge balloons and I am suffering from sciatica. I took my BP and its normal. My feet are not cute right now.

I'm with you and strangely my right foot is twice the size of my left foot. I was told EVERY TIME I sit down to make sure my feet are up. I was told I don't have to stay off of them (although I do because the bottom of my feet hurt SO bad) but just make sure they are up when I sit and if possible put them above my heart.

this is me, i have has such bad Sciatica, and the swelling has recently started, its only really bad after work when im on my feet all day.
I didnt have this w/ DS, swelling only started right before i delivered.

I wish I could put my feet up while working. I'm a nurse so I am constantly moving by the time I get off of work I can barely walk to my car. They are red and swollen.
