Any pregnancy work out DVDs?
I am trying to keep as active as possible this pregnancy.
I was walking 3-4 times a week but now that I am off for the summer it's hard since I don't really want to get up before dh leaves for work. Before I got PG I was taking Zumba classes and also teaching a class each week. Obviously at 20 weeks pregnant I can't do it with the same intensity lol. I do have the "fit mama" DVD but was wondering if anyone has any other recommendations. Thanks!

I just ordered Tracy Anderson's Pregnancy Project. I should get it by the end of the week. I'll let you know what I think. It's a different workout for each month of pregnancy (she filmed it while she was pregnant), so you'd be skipping quite a few. I'll be starting it at a little over 3 months.

I ordered it too. I've been so unmotivated to start using it though. I've alreadys missed months 1-4 
There were a few girls on here who had it and said they liked it.
