Old Navy and Kohls has some. I had to pick some up for a funeral.

I just want to say that I wouldn't invest much in demi panel pants. They will not be comfortable as your stomach grows. I know you say you tuck your shirts in, but you won't as your stomach gets bigger. The full panel pants really are your best option. Wear them with a maternity shirt and don't worry about tucking them it...it's the beauty of being pg!

I personally dont like full panel pants. I have a pair of maternity jeans that stretch on the sides... instead of pockets there are pieces of elastic. I love them and they are still roomy on me at 22 weeks. They are Heidi Klum from macys. I just checked and there aren't really any work/dressy pants in that line but if you can find something like those that stretch on the sides I would definitely recommend them.
Also Ann Taylor Loft has maternity pants that go below the belly but you can only order online

I got mine from JCP. I actually just looked online and they have tan and black ones on clearance now for $12.

I never wore full panel pants even at the end. I wore the Gap ones with no panel only. I hated anything that went over my belly...those full panel drove me nuts! Try Old Navy, Kohl's and Destination Maternity.
