Baby Book Help from BTDT Moms...
This is my first baby and I have relatively no experience with newborns. I'm looking for a baby book to help with some guidance and the choices are overwhelming.
Can anyone recommend any good books?

Baby Book Help from BTDT Moms...
Baby Bargains!! Must have!! I buy this as a gift for every expectatnt mom I know. It will help so much with the whole registering process - what to get / what not to get - to make it less overwhelming.
I also recommend Happiest Baby on the Block. This is helpful to read toward the end as it gives strategies for caring for the baby during their first months of life.

I have Your Baby Week By Week, The Happiest Baby on the Block, What To Expect... and The Super Nanny's Guide to Baby Care. I've used them all.

I really like the Happiest Baby on the Block and Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child. They helped me so much with my extremely fussy, colicky newborn.

My favorites were Baby 411, Baby Bargains and Happiest Baby on the Block.

Baby Bargains! Im a FTM and that book helped a lot as far as narrowing down what I need to buy for baby and what brands are good.

I like Baby Bargains and the What to Expect books. However, I must say a lot of it will come naturally. And this is coming from someone who really wasn't into babies and never babysat or anything like that.

I really enjoy the Super Nanny and her take on things.
I also really like the Secrets of the Baby Whisperer (Tracy Hogg) - I really take to the English way of parenting... this and Jo Frost listed above.
The Happiest Baby on the Block
The No-Cry Sleep Solution (phenomenal)
It's a calm, contended, confident outlook on parenting. It's really nice - it approaches everything from such an upbeat, positive and level-headed outlook. I love it.
