Acupuncture girls

What do you do while your in there relaxing? I fell asleep and know that wasn't so smart at 5:30 pm. Lol


Also, today I felt a sore feeling in my right calf, I was told that was normal and everyone feels differently and in diff places
Anyone else have stories?

I fall asleep every time. I find it so relaxing I can't help it. And the worst is with my head not propped up, I start to snore! hahaha I usually wake myself up a few times while I'm there.

I have had soreness in my hand. That seems to be an iffy spot for me. It sometimes hurts a bit the day of. Never painful, but a noticeable ache.

There's nothing wrong with falling asleep!

I usually either fell asleep (especially if I went later in the day!!!) .. or if I laid awake, I'd visualize bloodflow .. or getting a bfp .. just positive thoughts.

eta: I never had soreness that I could remember. Try to stay very hydrated, especially on days you go to acu. Oh and please try the leslie water

I just try to relax. I usually don't fall asleep, but I try to think about happy stuff as apposed to the stuff that is bothering me.

I fall asleep sometimes, or others I just try to relax and breathe deeply.

I have been less able to relax lately, though and I am finding that I'm more likely to have sore places when I'm a bit anxious to begin with. The top of my foot and the inside of my thigh, which has bruised recently.
