A cyst or can I be Oing twice??
I'm only 6dpo and having such horrible pain on my lower RT side. It feels exactly like O pains and I have been having a ton of sticky EWCM discharge today. I had 4 follies during my last monitoring appt and I did not take my last clomid dose bc of vision issues. So I know my cycle is probably a mess now. I got a clear smily last weds so I know I surged. Is it possible to surge twice? I just took another OPK and it's neg. The pain is just horrible and lots of pressure too- i'm telling you, just like my usual O pains. I am worried that the clomid gave me another cyst. Can they grow at this point in the cycle? I think if the pain is still there in the am, I will get in for a sono of my RT ovary and see.

You cant ovulate twice. It might be a cyst
