Little Wings - School of Rock
Has anyone tried this class at the School of Rock?
We took DSs to a trial class this weekend and they loved it! They use real music, not kiddie music. They got to play a real drum set, played with tambourines and maracas. I am always saying I wish that there was Music Together for older kids and this was perfect. It's for 2-5 year olds.
The woman who runs it was really nice, she said that the 3.5-4 year olds end up learning to read music by the end of the class!

Update: My kids LOVE this class. They get to play real instruments every week, the classes are really small and they are learning a ton about music theory and instruments. Last week, they started learning about pitch. They are having a great time, I would definitely recommend it.

We do the class in Farmingdale, but I believe they also have Roslyn and Bellmore locations.
