Craving coffee
Anyone else crave coffee? I'm craving iced coffee or lattes everyday! I try to stick to decaf of course!

Craving coffee
I don't crave coffee every day but I CRAVE soda. I don't know why but it's something that I HAVE to have every day and I can't stand the taste of anything but regular. I make sure that if I have a glass of soda, not to have coffee after dinner. I limited myself to one a day. SIL is a HUGE coffee drinker and she used to have iced coffee every day and my niece is perfect!

Craving coffee
You can have 120 mg of caffeine. I personally crave iced coffee over regular, particularly starbucks. A tall iced coffee has exactly 120 mg (less with milk in it) so I definitely indulge now and then. Not every single day, but maybe once or twice a week.
Go to http://www.energyfiend.com/ and you can look up how many mg of caffeine is ANYTHING. that site is great!

I have a half decaf half regular iced coffee every morning. If you crave coffee it is fine as long as you don't go overboard.

Yes, i craved it from the second i found out i was pregnant, then it went away around 7 weeks, and now it's back at 14 weeks. I have 1-2 cups a day.

I drank coffee all throughout my pregnancy with DD (although I never went above 2 cups)
This time I try and stick to 2 "half" cups this way I can always have another in the afternoon if I am feeling draggy.
