Kristen Breglio, a vendor on this site, is an excellent real estate lawyer.
We've worked on co-op transactions together, so she has experience with them and really has excellent attention to detail, which is so important with co-ops.

highly highly recommend Christine Raffa-Seip- she is based in Garden City and has a lot of experience with coops- we used her for our Queens coop a couple years ago

Steven Langer (516) 352-2400 - located in Floral Park (near the wendy's on jericho tpke) He just did our contracts for the sale of our co-op in douglaston a few weeks ago & we used him when we first bought it 6 years ago as well. His fee was $1250. Very reliable, knowledgeable & most of all nice.
