How much water do you drink?
Each time I go to the Dr, he tells me that my keytones are high and that I need to up my water intake. Everyday I drink 8oz of orange juice and then while at work I drink a 50oz bottle of water. When I get home I have an additional 8-16oz of water and then an 8oz of seltzer at night.
I feel like if I drink more water I might float away. I feel so bloated. I am constantly going to the bathroom and my urine is almost clear so I can't be that dehydrated right???
Am I really not drinking enough water? DH said he will buy smart water or something with electrolytes and maybe that will help? Thoughts?

How much water do you drink?
It sounds like you're drinking plenty of water. Ever since water made me feel sick during my first trimester I barely drink any AT ALL! The main way I get water in is through adding it to my lemonade and I'm still not drinking anywhere near what I should be.
Maybe there is another explanation for the keystones? Perhaps the Smart Water will help.

it sounds to me like you are drinking plenty too!!
I tend to drink plain seltzer more than just water, but today I realized at 7pm tonight that I hadn't had ANY water today :( only half a fruit punch at lunchtime  fail... now I feel super sick to my stomach and have a killer headache so I'm playing catch up. clearly my body is telling me to drink more.
continue to keep drinking and listen to your body, your personal instinct is helpful also!

I always drank around well over 80 oz of water a day closer to 100 but that's all I really drink. It seems like you are drinking more than enough. If he says it next time ask what else you might be able to do.

The juice can dehydrate you. I only drink it sparingly, it doesn't count towards your 'hydration' fluids.

There is no reason to check with your doctor. You can drink smart water pregnant.

It definitely sounds like your drinking plenty of water to me.
I bought a 64 oz. jug that I fill with water and make sure to drink everyday. After that I don't drink too much, maybe a glass of juice or club soda but that's about it.

I went to Target and bought a 64oz water bottle to help me keep track of my fluids. (I had high keystones as well) I try to drink 8-16 more ounces when I get home. It sounds like you are definitely drinking enough. Are you eating enough? When I first had high keystones it was because I was hardly eating due to nausea.
