The Nautica one is just as nice and I would totally buy it over the Ralph one.
But if the person you are buying it for is into brand names that might change my answer.

Nautica tends to fit bigger on my DH. He is slim and the RL is a much better fit for him. The Nautica shirts are nice, just cut wider in my experience. He can't wear them. So, depends who you're buying for!

with Polos for DH I have to go by fit and sadly for my pocket Ralph Lauren fit him better and DH is in the bigger side
