Recommend your Dr affiliated with LIJ
My dr retired and they referred me to a new practice that is affiliated Winthrop.
I would rather stay with LIJ.
Can anyone please rec an obgyn for me?

That's who I used to go to. I miss Dr. Snowden!!! I changed over to Women 4 Women. They are at 410 Lakeville Rd right next to LIJ. It is 4 OBs and 1 midwife. I LOVED Dr. Snowden but it was SO hard to get an appt with her because she was just one woman and I wasn't too big of a fan of Hazel. I LOVE this new practice. Even all the staff is nice, which I find to be just as important as liking your doctor. And when you get pregnant you meet with all the doctors so there are no surprises in the delivery room. They have 2 more doctors they are affiliated with that could end up delivering but I've met both from a hospital stay or phone calls and they are both also REALLY nice. And all board certified.

I have been going to women 4 women for years- this is my 2nd baby with them. I primarily see Dr. Sanders but also completely love their NP Amy Newman and also love Dr. Bell. The other doctors were also nice when I met with them, just don't have as much experience with them.
They were fanastic for my first birth.... Waiting times in the office tend to be a little longish- that would be my only gripe- but then of course, they don't really rush you out so that's more important to me
