We have a very old sun room, no electric and no heat.

We plan on selling our house in a few years. It's a small house, 3 BR, 2 Baths, Kit, LR, 8 *16 shed.

It is on our blue print (not sure if that makes a difference).

DH wants to take it down and put a deck up across the width of the house. I think we should clean the junk out and start using it and either do a deck on the other portion or just put new pavers in.

What would you do?? TY!! Just wondering :) Does the sun room count as a room if we sell? That's what i'm concerned about.
