Prenatal Yoga in South Nassau?
Can anyone recommend a prenatal yoga place in the Bellmore, Wantagh, Seaford, Merrick area? Thanks!

Prenatal Yoga in South Nassau?
This isn't in the towns you mentioned, but in Freeport...not too far! Breath N Flow Yoga. Amazing studio. Great prenatal and other yoga classes.

This is slightly west then the towns you mentioned, but in RVC there is prenatal class 3 time a week and the teacher is also a doula. Revolution Yoga is the studio name.
