Worried! Heavy CM or maybe part of mucus plug after a fall
So I was walking down the stairs and didn't see my cat sitting on them, I had flip flips on and slipped on her. I didn't actually fall down the stairs, I caught myself but I stretched my body pretty far to keep from tumbling (hand on rail at top of stairs). I felt fine although my arm was scraped up from the hand rail and I was just a bit shaken.
About an hour or so later I noticed some wetness and it was a large clump of yellowey white goop. A little bigger than a quarter or so. No blood no real cramping. I'm 17 weeks. Should I be worried?? I did have sex last night not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I'm a couple weeks ahead of you and I get goop a day or so after having sex....I wouldn't worry about it unless you notice cramping or red blood or if it gets heavy. Probably more sex-related and just a strange coincidence that you saw it after your slip

What she said! I get the goop too the day after sex. If you don't feel any cramping and there is no red blood then I would say you are ok. IF you are THAT worried call your doctor. Always go by "better to be safe then sorry". I've called for way less then that.

Thanks ladies!! i was freaking a little but I think it was probably a coincidence with the fall. I don't have any cramping, but what I think is round ligament pain (had similar pains before) brought on from that rapid stretch I did on the stairs.
If I still feel pain tomorrow ill prob call doctor just to be safe.
