Lunch
Bringing lunch to work is getting harder and harder! I am still having an aversion to meat. Any suggestions??

I love cheddar cheese and sliced tomatoes on toast with a little mayo. I would bring the tomatoes in a ziplock though so the bread doesn't get soggy.

I usually switch between having peanut butter and jelly or greek yogurt and a granola bar.
I've also brought those frozen pizza pockets a few times, I usually buy Amy's since they're organic.

- PB&J with apple slices on side
- Grilled cheese (in toaster oven if you have one at work!) with carrots & ranch
- Cheese & Whole Grain crackers with Carrot sticks & hummus
- Greek Yogurt with fruit salad
- "Mexican" salad - Tossed salad with black/kidney beans, avocado slices, salsa, and dollop of sour cream
- Baked potato with toppings (I love broccoli and cheese!) and soup
- English muffin pizza (if you have a toaster oven available) with veggies on top or tossed salad
