Check out these cribs I found
There's a button on the side of the crib to electronically raise and lower the mattress. Makes reaching a sleeping baby easier, especially once you need to have the mattress lowered, plus would make changing the sheet a snap! And not out of reach financially... only $670 with the drawer.
This one is um, ... cool. I guess it's never too early to start them with bunk beds!

Cool idea, but I don't think I'd ever personally use the electronic crib. It sounds like it could be dangerous to raise and lower the crib when your child is in it. Plus, a crying baby won't wait for you to raise the crib to be picked up! And it's really not a huge deal to bend over to pick up the baby. JMO though.
