So I am on Long Island...
And I can't figure out what time this Oobie character is on television...there is nothing for the kid to watch at 4.22 am when he wakes up!!!

Noggin I think runs from 6am to 6pm. You can always try the cartoon network (channel 32 on cablevision). What about maybe buying a video of some sort like a movie to have the time go by while you are here.

I think Oobi is on at like 2 in the afternoon or something like that.
We do channel 131 -- which is 13 Kids and they run children's shows 24-7. When she was sick and we were up in the night we did that.
Also there are Oobi episodes for free on IO on Demand -- there are 2 episodes I think, they are free, and you have them for 24 hrs.

In North Carolina Oobie is on at 1:30pm on Noggin, right before Blue's Clues. I am not sure if it is the same here, but I am assuming it is around then.
