Last Letrozole Cycle

So IUI#2 was a bust. Chat Icon I am starting my last letrozole cycle today. I have a follow up appt with my RE this Thursday to discuss next steps. I know he's going to tell me to try 3 IUI's w/ injectables, which I don't understand since I respond pretty well to the letrozole (3 follies each time). Regardless, I think I want to push for a laporoscopy. The first time we discussed it he seemed opposed to it because it was invasive. However, I'm not happy about still being unexplained and I really want to keep looking ... until we find SOMETHING Chat Icon Has anyone's REs pushed back on a laporoscopy?

Last Letrozole Cycle

I did 6 IUI cycles with both clomid or femara and never did injectables since I responded well. I guess it depends on the RE. All of my IUI;s failed but after doing IVF they think that my eggs harder shell which make fertilization harder.

Re: Last Letrozole Cycle

Never been diagnosed with endo - was told the only way to know for certain was with a laporoscopy.

My HSG was normal. No blockages. All bloodword has been normal too. My DH has a slight morphology but the dr wasn't concerned at all bc his #'s are really high.

I had my appendix removed when I was 10 and I have read that you can get adhesions around your fallopian tubes with an appendectomy or any abdominal surgery in general. This can only be diagnosed with a lap.

I'll give the injectibles a shot. Just wish that we knew if there were any 'physical' reasons why this isn't happening.
